Stephen Wilkinson, MBA
Lean Coach & Consultant
Process Improvement Educator & Certified Lean Practitioner
“I will personally lead your team through the training and the on the floor application to make immediate tangible results."
I am always attracted and impassioned about things that are large projects to accomplish. I had a passion for scuba diving, I got my Real Estate Broker License in NC. I even got my private pilot license while serving at Fort Bragg, NC. As an Army Engineer Officer, I passed jump school (despite a dislocated shoulder) and joined an Airborne Combat Engineer Battalion. So, it was no surprise to me that after doing standard Industrial Engineering projects for several years, I took an assignment to help introduce Gillette to the Lean way of thinking and that has made all the difference for me and my customers.
Since then, my career has been focused on helping organizations learn how to achieve tangible performance improvement. My employers and clients have always appreciated my ability to help individuals to see the improvement opportunities around them and how to accomplish major improvements in work flow.
I am very proud of what my internal and external customers have said about how I helped them to accomplish more than what they thought was possible and I would be glad to share some of those amazing stories with you.
